The course offers a full immersion into the universe of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on practical applications across the fields of Business, Healthcare, and Law. It will be offered in the historic city of Florence, Italy, providing not only technical learning but also a unique cultural experience.\nThroughout the course, students will learn to develop AI\u2011based solutions for real business problems, such as predictive churn models and credit\u2011scoring analysis. Techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to the legal field will also be explored, including automated analysis of legal texts, argument extraction, and summarization of legal documents.\nIn the Healthcare domain, students will implement models capable of supporting medical diagnosis, analyzing images and vital signals, and exploring deep neural networks applied to biomedical research.\nIn addition to covering the fundamentals of Data Science, the course will be highly hands\u2011on.<\/p>\n

At the end of the course, students will participate in an exclusive mini\u2011workshop in which they will explore the potential of agentic AIs for generating knowledge and art. In this workshop, each student will select texts and moments from Italian culture experienced throughout the Italian Culture and History course\u2014legends, poems, or historical excerpts\u2014to apply AI models capable of automatically summarizing the texts and, from this material, creating a unique piece of digital art that will be exhibited\/projected on the wall, connecting technology with cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
