Leadership for a Better World Data

Through this interactive experience, students will be challenged to reflect on their leadership experiences, how these have shaped their choices, and how they have been driven to grow. Participants will learn about leadership strategies that can be applied across different cultures and contexts, learn from one another about the true meaning of leadership, and put their skills to the test through various challenges.

Topics to be covered:

  • Attributes of effective leaders
  • The value of collaboration
  • Handling difficult conversations
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Building effective teams
  • Ethical decision-making

 

>> Ideal participants: Motivated undergraduate students (18+) from any academic discipline who have an intermediate level of English and are interested in developing their leadership skills.
>> English level: intermediate
